what are IN GYM WORKOUTS?
In Gym workouts allow you to take the session at your own pace with a move-by-move breakdown.
But don’t forget that In Gym workouts don’t necessarily have to be done in the gym – you may prefer following this style of workout at home, too.

what are the workouts like?
On Gymaholic, we’ll help you smash your fitness goals with strength-based workouts, plus specialised programs. In your planner each week, you’ll find 5 strength and HIIT/HIRT workouts targeting upper, lower and full-body, along with 2 rest/active recovery days.
In the Programs section you’ll find short-term challenges to help you hit specific body and fitness goals, plus our Pregnancy program to keep you moving safely through each trimester, and Post-Pregnancy to help you recover and rebuild.
Can i do other fitness activities alongside gymaholic?
Yes indeed.
If you’re playing sport or doing other exercise, just ensure you’re also bringing full intensity to your Gymaholic workouts.
Remember, these workouts are designed to work in partnership with your meal plan to get you results and help you reach your fitness goals. So make sure you are meeting your energy needs and always listen to your body – if you think you’re overdoing it, please take a rest day.
