We’ve taken everything that Gymaholic members appreciated about our first Body Sculpt Challenge and turned it up to the BURN! We’ll help you progress from strong to stronger and reach your peak definition with new strength-building routines that are designed to shape your entire body to the fullest extent possible.

Upper Body Blast

We are confident that this new training regimen will provide women with the best possible upper-body workouts. Upper Body Blast is a progressive challenge that consists of 40-minute sessions using equipment that is suitable for use in the house.

This allows you to work up a sweat regardless of where you are.

Foundations

We are aware that participation in fitness programs might at times appear frightening, we are removing all obstacles in order to make participation easy and enjoyable. Body Sculpt

A strong core provides benefits that go beyond having a beach-ready flat stomach, such as boosting the effectiveness of your strength training and helping you move more fluidly and efficiently throughout your everyday life. There are no short cuts, only actual outcomes.
Start Strong
Over the course of a few weeks, we will demonstrate how to properly execute fundamental exercises such as the deadlift, squat, and kettlebell swing, and we will assist you in making the most of the myriad of wonderful advantages that come with strength training for women.
Pregnancy

Post-Pregnancy
Regardless of how physically active you were while you were pregnant, this postpartum program will help you begin the healing process with Stage 1 – Recover, progress from strength to strength with Stage 2 – Progress, and then ramp up the intensity and finish strong with Stage 3 – Rebuild.
