We’ve taken everything that Gymaholic members appreciated about our first Body Sculpt Challenge and turned it up to the BURN! We’ll help you progress from strong to stronger and reach your peak definition with new strength-building routines that are designed to shape your entire body to the fullest extent possible.
Upper Body Blast
We are confident that this new training regimen will provide women with the best possible upper-body workouts. Upper Body Blast is a progressive challenge that consists of 40-minute sessions using equipment that is suitable for use in the house.
This allows you to work up a sweat regardless of where you are.
Foundations
We are aware that participation in fitness programs might at times appear frightening, we are removing all obstacles in order to make participation easy and enjoyable. Every week, you can expect to feel fitter, stronger, and more confident thanks to our assistance in perfecting the routines and guiding you through the process step-by-step.
