The realization that we could transform both our bodies and our thoughts through strength training was a revelation for us. It is now up to you to put Start Strong into action!

Start Strong is a brand new at-home strength training program for beginners, or anyone else wishing to improve their technique and get the most out of my program. This program is only available on Gymaholic.com.

Over the course of a few weeks, we will demonstrate how to properly execute fundamental exercises such as the deadlift, squat, and kettlebell swing, and we will assist you in making the most of the myriad of wonderful advantages that come with strength training for women.

You no longer need to regard the weights at your gym with a sense of both dread and reverence. Put away the dumbbells; you can’t use them as door barriers anymore. Start Strong is the first and only place you should begin if you are unfamiliar with this method of exercise.

We’ll help you get into the swing of training with weights so you’re ready to take on our full Gymaholic program and get busy chasing your fitness and body goals.

How does it work?
Start Strong is a strength training program featuring short ‘n’ sharp workouts in a HIIT/HIRT format. We’ll be weight training using dumbbells and kettlebells – don’t worry, we’ll help choose the weight that’s right for you – and we’ll get you on track with tutorials for key strength moves. The best part is, you can do Start Strong with us at home. No gym required!
